Green Policy

Forty Two Inc supports environmental awareness by encouraging recycling and waste management in its business practices and urges clients to do the same. This support includes our commitment to the purchase, use, and the disposal of products and materials in a manner that will best utilize natural resources and minimize any negative impact on the Earth's environment.

As part of this of our green policy, Forty Two Inc promotes the recycling of electronics and hazardous waste associated with products that are common in our industry; both internally and to our competitors. This includes reclaiming the heavy metals, most notably mercury and lead, found in entertainment lamps and other electronic equipment.

In addition, Forty Two Inc shall implement project-based environmental efforts. These efforts include reclaiming spent and used materials; for example batteries, lamps, color filters and other materials, back to our warehouses for the most Earth friendly disposal. Forty Two Inc shall also launch an internal green program within our controlled properties committed to a continual cycle of planning, implementing, reviewing, and improving our processes and actions to meet business needs, while being environmentally responsible.

Forty Two is also at the for front of the use of energy efficient technologies (such as LED) in the production of live events to reduce energy waste while using a longer lasting technology.

Forty Two Inc's investments in LED based entertainment lighting, has and will continue to, far exceed and soon replace the older non-renewable technologies. These types of instruments have a longer lamp life, use far less electric power, do not use limited life plastic 'Gel' for color effects, and due to their inherent color change, allow the use of fewer instruments on a given event. We encourage the use of LED at every opportunity.
